Regulations : Article IV: Member Activity
| To have fun, a team has to play. We understand that there may be periods when players may be absent from time to time. Applicants to The Breakfast Club Clan should understand that their teammates joined a team in hopes of participating with active, regular, players. They did not join to simply be on a list of names under a banner. To this end, the following is made as public advisement: |
| Qualifiers for judging player activity shall be by the consensus of the Clan. The Clan reserves the right to terminate enrollment of members deemed not meeting activity standards. Guidlines for what quantifies activity shall be publicly posted. Members that have their membership terminated have the right to appeal to the Clan for a period following seven (7) days following their termination. |
| Members may make a request to temporarily suspend themselves from active status for periods up to three months. Immediate subsequent options to suspend may be denied. Should the period of three months expire and no return contact is made, the member may be terminated and the member's name recycled for use by another player if so desired. |
| Members may option to retire and have their Clan names retired for a period of six months. Whereafter, if not renewed, their Clan name may be recycled for use by another player if so desired. |
